How do I add a gift box to my order?When ordering product(s), you can add a black gift case to your cart.

Can I order a custom candle label product?Yes! We have a custom candle option that contains all available scents to select from along with customization of the name on the label (i.e. Welcome to your New Home). Custom candles take longer processing time of 8 - 10 business days.

Where are your products made?All Chloe's Candles products are made in Florida.

Candle CareCANDLE CARE For the safest, longest burning, follow the recommended tips: Trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting candle First burn time should be 2 hours Burn candle so wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel Second + burn sessions should be no more than 4 hours at a time

What is your return & exchange policy?Returns for unused items or damaged items are accepted within 30 days of purchase order date for store credit minus any return shipping charges (for exchange only, not applicable for damaged products). Used items are non-returnable. All sales on markdown items and subscriptions are final. Contact us at: chloescandlecocsr@gmail.com to initiate your return providing your Order Number, Order Name, Order Details and Product(s) requesting to return.

How do I ship my order back to you?If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are extremely sorry and want to make it right. Product can be returned for an exchange and/or store credit. Contact us for a return label.

I entered the wrong shipping address and need to change it?As always, we ask that you review your order thoroughly during the check-out process to ensure all information is accurate. If you enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us at: chloescandlecocsr@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can try to update the order address prior to product(s) shipping. Once the order label is created, we will be unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

How long will my order take to ship?Estimated Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days for most orders 4-7 business days for wholesale orders 8-10 business days for custom candle requests Our processing time could vary based on peak season and volumes.
