SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Allow 3-5 days for processing and shipping for standard delivery during non-peak season. During peak season, allow 5-7 business days for processing. For custom candle orders, allow 8-10 business days for processing.
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised on the expected ship date of the backorder item. All other items will be ship as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Shipping rates vary per location, due to duties & taxes, and will be converted to your local currency. The shipping options per your country will be presented during checkout. Delivery times will vary by destination country.
If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact Customer Service team for updates via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns or exchange for Chloe's Candle products within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be paid by consumer for exchanges, unless returning item due to defect and/or other issue. Upon return receipt of product, shipping costs will be deducted from final refund amount. Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.
An item can be exchanged for any item available on our website. The costs of the new item - refund amount = final refund and/or payment due. Once your return is in transit, your exchange item will be sent out within 1-3 business days.
Damaged Items
Upon receipt of package, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage occurred, please submit a request where you will process a replacement order and upload a photo of product damaged.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are considered final sale, are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
